Momentum is hard to maintain, especially when you hit a wall. The wall stops you in your tracks and it is really hard to pick up where you left off from there. If you have hit your wall, you understand this all too well. So what do we do when we hit the wall?

This is the time when we press on and keep going. Easier said than done! Discouragement deals us a pretty hard blow and it is even more difficult to move forward. It is in these moments we need to clear out the mental cobwebs of negative thoughts that invade in these times.
Learning how to act in the midst of paralyzing thoughts is perseverance. How many times do we let our negative thoughts control our actions? We need to allow our actions to overcome those negative thoughts! Believing we can do it is half the battle, and many times it takes us taking a step forward before we recognize we can do it!
