We all experience trauma, grief, stress and pain. The question is how are we dealing with it or coping with it. We tend to develop different coping mechanisms that can either help us or harm us. In many cases, we do not see the correlation between our actions and how they are a direct result of the issues we are facing.


We all cope with these things in different ways. Some of the most common harmful ways we cope with life are through medicating, addictions, blaming others or avoiding it altogether. None of these work and will create even more issues in your life.

We will be discussing the devastating effects of these most common Coping mechanisms and how we can develop positive empowering ways to deal with our issues head-on.

The coolest part of this is that we are the ones who get to choose. The choice is ours and what we decide will determine our future.
